Terms & Conditions: KINDA Wardrobe Refresh Competition

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.

• Employees, directors, or agents of KINDA and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 00:00 on 15 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 12 January 2026.

• Purchases made outside of these dates will not be eligible for entry.

3. How to Enter

• Primary Entry: Purchase any lagan skirt from kinda.co.za during the competition period.

• Bonus Entries: Every additional item purchased within the same transaction as a lagan skirt counts as one (1) additional entry.

• There is no limit to the number of additional entries per transaction.

• Returned or cancelled orders will disqualify the associated entries.

4. The Prize

• The prize is a KINDA Wardrobe Refresh to the value of R6,500.

• The prize is issued as a Curated Selection and is not redeemable for cash.

• The prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw.

• The winner will be announced on 13 January 2026 via our official Instagram (@kinda.co.za) and notified via the email address used at checkout.

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, KINDA reserves the right to draw a runner-up.

6. General

• By entering this competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• KINDA reserves the right to amend the competition dates or rules at any time without prior notice.

• Any personal data collected during this competition will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA regulations.
