KINDA Black Friday / Cyber Monday Terms & Conditions

Valid from 20 November 2025 to 1 December 2025

By purchasing any Black Friday / Cyber Monday (BFCM) deal on the KINDA website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promotion Period

  • All BFCM offers, including bundles, are valid from 20 November 2025 to 1 December 2025 (inclusive).
  • No early access or extensions beyond these dates will be permitted.

2. Returns & Exchanges

2.1 No Returns

  • No returns will be accepted on any BFCM deals, including BFCM bundles, discounted products, or promotional items.

2.2 Size Exchanges Only

  • Exchanges will only be allowed for sizing issues and only if the item is in perfect, unworn condition with original tags attached.
  • If the required size is not available at the time of exchange, a voucher to the full value of your purchase will be issued.
  • The voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Stock & Availability

  • All BFCM items are limited in quantity and subject to availability.
  • Adding items to your cart does not guarantee the reservation of stock.
  • Once sold out, items will not be restocked at the promotional price.

4. Shipping

  • Please allow for slightly longer shipping times due to increased order volumes during the BFCM period.
  • KINDA will do everything possible to dispatch orders promptly but cannot be held responsible for courier delays once the order has left our premises.

5. Pricing Policy

  • BFCM prices and discounts are only valid during the promotion period.
  • Prices may return to their original amounts immediately after the promotion ends and cannot be reinstated on request.
  • BFCM vouchers or credits cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Due to the high volume of orders, no changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed.
  • Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
  • KINDA reserves the right to amend, update or refund an order if stock is no longer available.

7. General

  • KINDA reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time during the promotional period if required.
  • Any disputes will be handled in accordance with South African consumer law.
  • Customer service will prioritise urgent shipping and sizing requests first during BFCM. Response times may be slower than usual.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order during the BFCM promotional period, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
